We understand that you have concerns about the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us and everyone at Miller & Sons is doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. Our process to keep you safe is outlined below.

Dealership Sanitation and Cleaning
Our team is following and exceeding the protocols recommended by the WHO and CDC to keep you safe. This includes regularly cleaning and sanitizing the lobby and common areas and other high traffic areas throughout the day with approved disinfectants. We are also performing a thorough cleaning every night. Our employees are encouraged to take hourly breaks to wash their hands.

Vehicle Sanitation
We perform a multi-step sanitation process to all vehicles to make sure they are deep-cleaned and sanitized inside and out. This process is repeated when a vehicle is taken in for service, and again before the vehicle is picked up, so you have the peace of mind the moment you sit behind the wheel.

Employee and Customer Safety Precautions

  • Miller & Sons Chevrolet employees are required to wear a mask during their time at work. This is now a mandatory requirement while working at the dealership.
  • Miller & Sons Chevrolet now must require all customers to wear masks while on premises, and deny entry to individuals not wearing masks, except individuals who cannot wear a mask due to a medical condition (including children the age of 2 years).
  • We are currently conducting our service business by drop-off appointment, and to the extent that this is not feasible, we will limit occupancy to maintain social distancing guidelines.

At Your Service

After several long weeks, Miller & Sons is open again and ready to serve you. Our service and parts departments are open with limited hours from 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday. If you have an appointment for service and would prefer to use the "after hours" key drop - this option is available to you anytime if you wish. Please be sure to include your contact information upon drop-off and a member of our staff will contact you regarding the service status of your vehicle. We know that vehicle repairs or maintenance may not be at top of mind at this time, but if your vehicle is in need of service, you can conveniently schedule service below at a time that works for you from your phone, computer or tablet.

  • Our service and parts departments are OPEN for business with limited hours from 8am - 4:30pm Monday-Friday.
  • We accept vehicle drop-offs only to minimize contact, but socially-distanced waiting areas are available.
  • We are processing payments for service/repair work via credit card in lieu of in person or cash payment.

As of 4/20/2020, we are now permitted to sell vehicles online! If you are in the market for a new car or truck or looking for a used vehicle check out what we have in stock.
