Mike took a lot of time to explain things in ways I understood and was comfortable with. He was very patient with my decision making. When I picked up my car George went over the contract and financing very thoroughly then Mike spent more time educating me on the features and operating systems of my new car. He was very knowledgeable and easy to understand.

Miller & Son's is always very helpful and takes excellent care of my Impala. I wouldn't trust anybody else to care for my car. The staff listens to me and goes the extra mile.

The dealership was excellent in service. As soon as I pulled into the service bay, I was visually recognized by name and immediately taken care of. The Service Representative (Ernie) was very courteous and explained exactly what the process was to diagnose my car. Ernie was very prompt in finding me in the waiting room and explained what needed to be done to fix my vehicle. Everyone greeted me as I walked through the showroom out to my car when it was done. Mike, a sales representative, also answered my questions about a future vehicle purchase.

Everything was good with the oil change. But the tires weren’t rotated. The card I got in the mail said the the first 2 services and rotation was covered.

Everything went well. Only downfall was the price for an oil and filter change seems high. I had a coupon for $20 off and it still cost me $46. The cost of automotive maintenance has gotten out of hand.

I got a warning on the dash about a low battery and called Cassidy said bring it in. Ernie, came out said it will be a little while as we need to charge the battery before checking it, then said you need a new one. Great they installed it and I was back on my way very quickly. I appreciate them squeezing me in and getting me back on my way quickly.

Wonderful place to take your car for work.

I had called the week before and asked about my tire pressure. I was told by the service man we shall look at the tires when you have the oil changed next week. I agreed. I mentioned to the service girl about checking the tire pressure also . My dash was reading 40 to 42 and the ride has become rough. It was not checked. I think the reading might be wrong on the dash. That is why I wanted it checked???? I looked at the tire caps and with the car being dirty, the caps were not checked. I paid $80.00 for an oil change and tire pressure check. Now I wonder if they even changed the oil??? I paid and got my keys and was told the car was on the side. I walked all around on the side no car of mine. I checked the area twice. So I went back in and she checked and she came back and said it will be out in a few minutes and this gave me reason to pause, did they really change the oil? Millers has always been great to deal with but this time I am wondering????

Mike the Salesman and George the Financial Person couldn't have been more helpful in seeing that I received all the discounts I was eligible for especially the Military discount, this one took longer than we expected. Mike did a great job explaining all the items necessary to operate the vehicle especially since this was my first vehicle with the computer screens. Overall good experience and I have been dealing with Miller and Sons for many years, so I don't have any concerns about the Service Dept. in the future .
